(Department of Labor) Beginning January 1st, 2024:
Establishments with 100+ employees in certain high-hazard industries must electronically submit information from their 300 and 301 forms to OSHA once a year.
Establishments are required to include their legal company name when making electronic submissions to OSHA from their injury and illness records.
